What is the Shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping of $7, but shipping is free for orders over $100. Check our Shipping and Returns page for more details.
What if I don't like the coffee?
Although we strive to make everyone happy, sometimes coffee just isn't to your liking. Although we don't take returns, we always invite you to share the unwanted coffee with a friend, (or donate when possible). We'd love to help you in your coffee journey, so shoot us an email and we’ll make it right!

Do you have any special promotions or coupons?
Yes! We have a loyalty program that allows you to save money as you purchase your coffee. We also offer a referral program with rewards. Check it out here!
Is the coffee fresh roasted?
It sure is! We guarantee the coffee beans are roasted within a few days of shipping. This is one of our signature services- as typically store-bought coffee has sat in storage for months, if not years. Ours is guaranteed fresh and you till taste it in every drop!
Do you carry flavored coffee?
While we do enjoy flavored coffee, this shop is dedicated to providing high-quality fresh roasted specialty coffee. The craftsmanship that goes into the processing of the beans and roasting allows you to taste the unique characteristics without masking it with artificial flavors. We recommend adding cream or flavor shots to your liking, but first taste it on it's on and let us know what you think!
Does your coffee cost more?
Not really. Most speciality coffees cost around $2 to $3 per ounce of roasted beans. We tried to keep the consumer cost down, while still providing a superb product. Another thing to keep in mind is our bags are 12oz and most store brands are 11oz. If a store-bought brand costs $12 for an 11oz bag, then it would cost $13.09 for a 12oz bag. Of course, ours is freshly roasted just for you and you only pay a slightly higher price- which is a great value!
