  • Get $7 flat rate ground shipping.

  • Free shipping with an order of $100 or more.

Making Coffee

Shipping Policy

We make every attempt to ship your order one to two days after it has been roasted, but it may be as many as five days. Shipments only go out on Weekends or Major Holidays. Any order received just before or during a weekend or holiday will be roasted and shipped after. Route 20 Coffee is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, and the customer may be liable for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address. All of our shipping is via UPS or USPS though we may ship using any other carrier at our discretion. 
Currently, we only ship inside the continental US. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please get in touch with us. Route 20 Coffee is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility, and we do not guarantee arrival times.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations to orders must be communicated to us within 12 hours of the original order submission. You may utilize the Contact Us form on our site or call us at 315-525-3995. If no one is there to take your call please leave a message with your name, contact phone number and order number.

Online Retail Returns Policy

Although we strive to make everyone happy, sometimes coffee just isn't to your liking.  Although we don't take returns, we always invite you to share the unwanted coffee with a friend, (or donate when possible). We'd love to help you in your coffee journey, so shoot us an email and we’ll make it right!
